Meet Steve Ross and Katie Bass

Steve Ross is the managing member of Level Up Holdings. After earning his Bachelor in Business Administration, Steve began his career as an auditor prior to discovering his true passion: entrepreneurship. His first entrepreneurial venture involved the manufacturing and production of merchandise for the music industry. Based out of Detroit in the late 90’s, Steve’s clients included musical artists Kid Rock, Eminem, Insane Clown Posse, Ice Cube, and Ice T. In 2015, a move to Tampa would propel his career into real estate and flipping houses. With 15+ houses renovated and sold, his passion for flipping houses spawned a unique friendship with Tarek El Moussa. This friendship, along with Heather El Moussa and Katie Bass spawned Tampa Venture Properties LLC.

After earning her degree in Business Administration, Katie quickly climbed the ranks in the corporate world, gaining a reputation for her innovative problem-solving skills and her ability to lead teams through complex projects. Her journey from Arkansas to Florida is a testament to her adaptability and drive, making her a valuable asset to any organization.
